Helping kids and youth discover value, find purpose and build character.

INSPIRE School Programs (formerly Jacob Charitable Alliance) was founded in 2008 by Jeremiah and Tara after moving to the United States from Australia and seeing the need for quality school programs for youth focused on value, purpose and character. Tara was Miss Missouri USA 2003 and traveled as a youth motivational speaker.

From her background of speaking to over 100,000 teenagers during her year as Miss Missouri USA 2003, she knew that weekly programs were needed to reinforce the positive ideas presented in her assemblies. So, when she moved to Australia, she piloted a weekly girls program called Thrive. After moving back to St. Louis, she trained facilitators, developed curriculum, met with schools and with no school funding started INSPIRE School Programs.

Now INSPIRE School Programs has 20 trained facilitators that volunteer each week to teach classes in the Cahokia, East St Louis and Madison schools as well as the launch of schools in Cedar Hill, Texas. Approximately 700 students are participating in the program each week during school class time. For the 2012 – 2013 school year, INSPIRE School Program will be launching its latest program – UNBREAK ME – An Answer to Sexual Abuse and Rape. UNBREAK ME is a 45 minute multi-media assembly program for girls offering education on the topic of sexual violence, hope for victims and ways to protect oneself from sexual violence as well as a separate assembly program for boys on the topics of respect and prevention of dating violence .

INSPIRE School Programs is committed to offering quality programs to public schools that will reinforce positive decision-making and character education.
